"Super Men"

Super Men is a high intensity upper body circuit based on muscular endurance principles yet mixing in some strength concepts.  It is 3 sets of 8 exercises using moderate repetitions yet increasing weight with each set.  The goal today is to get through as quickly as possible, using proper technique and completing a full range of motion each rep.

DB Skull Crushers
Chin-up Holds
Standing Curls
DB Chest Press
Plate Press


*Plate Press is done bringing the 2 plates into your chest and back out at an arms length
