"Cinco"

This is a heavy circuit for muscular strength.  Adhering to the muscle confusion technique, we are attemepting to load the msucles in a heavy manner today.  


CINCO
*Do 5 sets of 5 reps
*Use heavy weight (fail on the 5th rep each set)
*Increase weight as needed
Underhand Grip DB Row
Neutral Grip DB Chest Press
DB Concentration Curl
Leg Press
Tricep Pushdowns
