"Roller Coaster"

Roller Coaster is a workout that goes back and forth between muscular endurance training and muscular strength training.  It consists of 5 exercises that are pretty challenging.  The concept of this workout is to start with low reps (6) and a challenging weight then increase reps (12) and decrease weight the next time through.  Go back and forth each set until you have completed 6 total sets.  Try to increase your weight each time on your heavy sets. 


6 sets-3 of 6 reps, 3 of 12 reps
