Circuits

A great way to get a full body workout in a short amount of time!
These are circuits that can be done at home with some dumbbells or resistance bands but are easily done in a gym. If you are wanting to tone up or lose weight use lighter weights. If you want to build strength and muscle then use heavier weights.

Strength/Bulk Workouts

The workouts found here will promote strength and increase the cross sectional diameter of muscles. Rest is also a key component so make sure that you rest in between sets as well as days in between muscle groups.
Recommendation: Do each of the workouts below once a week then add a 4th day of exercises that hit each muscle group again. Do these for 3-4 weeks.
