Chest and Tris: Round 2



I really enjoyed this workout. We are still trying to increase strength around the pectorals major prior to beginning flat bench barbell press. This workout has some great exercises to increase strength and muscle mass. Stick with at least 4 set of 4-8 reps increasing weight each set.

Dumbbell Chest Press

Incline Chest Flys



Skull Crushers



Upward Cable Flys



Overhead Cable Tricep Extensions



Weighted Pushups


Manual Tricep Extensions
