Back and Bis: Round 2

Furthering our quest to build strength and increase lean muscle mass we switched up our workout to include the following exercises.  The concept is the same, push yourself aiming for around 8 reps for your first set and 4 reps for your last.  Try to complete at least 4 sets of each exercise.  Good luck...

Single Arm Cable Rows
