More Core



The following exercises are a great finisher to the end of any workout or a good addition to a cardio day.  You can do these as often as you feel like it. 




30 Forward Bicycles (video here)

30 Backward Bicycles (just reverse your leg movement)


30 Turtles (Back and Forth is 1)



25 Figure 4 Crunches (each side)

1 minute Plank

20 Warrior Crunches (each side)


30 alternate Supermans (each side)
