Sore-ta Hard

This workout is a great outdoor workout.  If you can't get outside do the sprints on a treadmill or indoor track.  Complete the circuit 5 times.  Then the finisher at the end. 


10 DB Thrusters

15 Box Jumps


12 Plate Squats


50 yard Suitcase Carries


Cone Run-4 times


100 yd sprint


 Finisher: 30 pullups (inside)
