Bustin' your Hump Day





Isaiah 40:29 says: "He gives power to the weak & strength to the powerless."  What a comfort it is to know that our source of strength is the One who created us and everything around us!  What a great pre-workout supplement!


We did this workout for 30 minutes as many times through as you can.  If you don't have the equipment that we used, substitute dumbbells for barbells and instead of tire flips do these. 



8 Barbell Push-Press


8 Pullups

8 Overhead Walking Lunges


5 Wall Walks
Struggling on the 6th set of wall walks

*Start with your feet against the wall in pushup position, keep your back straight and push your legs up the wall with your arms. Climb back down in reverse fashion keeping you back straight and moving with your arms

3 Tractor Tire Flips


12 Wide Leg Situps (Each Leg=24 total)
