"300"


The 300 workout is a series of circuits that I developed based on the workouts that the cast of the movie "300" did prior to shooting.  The workout is a high intensity circuit plan that uses mostly total body lifts to increase strength, stamina, and lean body tissue while decreasing body fat.  Use a weight that is challenging but that will also allow you to complete 3 sets. This circuit is performed 3 times through as fast as you can finish totalling 300 repetitions.  This is the first of a few workouts.  Try it 3 times this week...Good luck!


20 Pushups



15 Deadlifts
(use dumbbells if you need)

15 Box Jumps

13 Pullups
(do lat pulldows or rows if you cant do pullups)
